You'll be the linchpin of their rental administration, managing the workflow of their virtual assistants and ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include: Virtual Assistant Management: Overseeing and coordinating the tasks of the virtual assistant team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy Lease Renewals & Break Leases: Handling lease renewals and break leases, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions New Tenancy Set-Ups: Ensuring new tenancies are set up correctly with all documentation completed accurately and promptly Bond Management: Processing and managing bond transactions with precision and adherence to regulations Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, resolving queries and addressing concerns professionally About You: Proven experience in a real estate rental administration role Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and oversee a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relevant property management software Experience managing remote teams or virtual assistants is highly regarded On offer is a salary $75,000, may pay more if you have great experience.
