Your Role Reporting into the Infrastructure Team Leader, this role is responsible for providing level 2 services within the infrastructure support team including managing and supporting the technologies used in operations and delivery of the function. As a System Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the infrastructure service line for all server, storage, backup, cloud and on-premises infrastructure and act as an escalation point for incidents and service request. Your professionalism, pragmatic and strategic approach will ensure excellence in IT support services, documentation, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
