The Opportunity We are in an exciting growth phase in our business, with a renewed focus on building and investing behind Australia’s favourite chilled juice brands. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Site Administration Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team at our Leeton factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing administration support to a small team. Key Responsibilities Support Manufacturing Manager in the upkeep of inventory control and QAD. Scholle Box Ticket printing support. Support site planning; interacting between Bega Dairy & Drinks representatives, other Grove sites, manufacturing and central planning. Drive document control co-ordination and update process with relevant site parties. Ensure site policies and procedures meet safety requirements. Support the Engineering Reliability Leader in maintaining all relevant safety systems and ensure procedures are up to date. Planning and participating in licence requirements for risk activities. Coordinate schedule for audits (Safety, Internal etc.). Co-ordination of site training programs. Co-ordination of investigations to close out safety CAPAs, incidents etc. Ensure Emergency Procedures are maintained and reviewed. Ordering of consumables e.g. chemicals, packaging, etc. Contribute to team culture and engagement plans and display behaviours that are consistent with Grove Values. Follow all GMP, Food Safety & HACCP requirements. Abide by all Grove Company & site procedures and policies. Follow and understand the requirements of 3rd party certifications e.g. Halal, Kosher and FSSC 22000. Achieve and maintain the highest corporate quality standard for the site. Essential Criteria Good manufacturing acumen and the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment. Good communication skills and ability to engage with all staff. Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong action orientation to deliver accurate outcomes to tight timelines. History of active participation in achievement culture processes through self–set goals and achievement and responsibility for own personal development. The ability to balance multiple competing priorities. Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Package including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and general computer usage. Highly skilled at achieving through others and effectively setting priorities. Role model for safety training and people processes and delivers development outcomes for people. Translates larger departmental strategy into relevant vision and action plans. Ability to perform role with a high level of autonomy and decision-making ability. Takes personal responsibility for implementing business processes and decisions Desirable Criteria Previous exposure to HACCP / GMP / SQF /FSSC22000. Proficient knowledge in QAD or similar. Experience in improvement methodologies and approaches (Mex, Lean or Six Sigma). The salary and benefits package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
