The team The Share Registry team is responsible for providing essential support to the Board members and shareholders of AFS' clients, overseeing the management of share registers. The role The role of a Share Registry Administrator at AFS is to maintain precise records and facilitate client services related to dividend payments, ATO reporting, Low Volume Market (LVM) maintenance and AGM matters concerning shareholders. This involves providing necessary assistance to ensure deadlines are met and the end-to-end client service experience is delivered in line with AFS’s client first focus. As a Share Registry Administrator, you will: Respond to and communicate with Community Bank Board members and shareholders regarding Share Registry matters Process data entry, transfers and correspondence received by post, email and phone, and action appropriately and promptly Prepare, process and distribute dividend/return of capital calculations and payments; including set up of accounts, payments, bank reconciliations and statutory reporting Assist Board members with the management of LVM registers Prepare annual AIIR reports and lodgement to the ATO Assist the wider team with various administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met Exhibit strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in all interactions Be a point of contact for boards and shareholders, providing prompt and reliable assistance About you We’re looking for someone who: is able to prioritise work duties and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail is proactive, owns their work and contributes to the team is motivated to learn is committed to quality customer service is able to work in a fast-paced environment has high level written communication skills proficient in Microsoft Office suite has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; and has previous exposure to document control duties/tasks (preferred but not essential) AFS will offer you: the ability to benefit from our formal and informal Flexibility at AFS policy, allowing work/life balance working in a fast paced and challenging team environment, with constant learning and opportunity the ability to bring your true self to work with our genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion, along with our policies like “dress for your day” develop your career and yourself by attending networking events, participating in training, and receiving ongoing development, support and guidance be a part of our fun culture with our regular social club events, leadership and team building programs benefit from our wellbeing focus, including our Employee Assistance Program, supportive environment, volunteer friendly workplace.
