If so, we have the perfect role for you Location: Braeside ⏰ Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM Your Role: As a Transport Operations Administrator , you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by: ✅ Managing the drivers debrief database and distributing updates. ✅ Efficiently entering PODs into company systems. ✅ Handling PUD and Linehaul manifesting for seamless deliveries. ✅ Using your problem-solving skills to manage missing paperwork and freight issues. ✅ Overseeing pallet dockets and transfers with accuracy. ✅ Supporting the Fleet Team to ensure all tasks are completed daily. ✅ Preparing daily operational reports and coordinating with fleet and customer service teams. ✅ Completing general administrative duties to keep everything running smoothly. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar role (transport/logistics industry preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced). Experience with Toll Works (desirable but not required). Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve processes.
