Due to continued growth and expansion in the business, we are currently taking applications for Completions Administrators to join our client’s team, in the Oil and Gas industry. Details: Location: Offshore Facility Duration : 12 months Short duration in Perth CBD (1-2 weeks) for training purposes, followed by fly in - fly out offshore roster Roster: 3 weeks on : 3 week off, Offshore Hours: 12 hours per day, Offshore CMS System: iCAPS Start dates : March 2025 Great $$$ rates paid Superannuation paid on all hours Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain and update the completions database and ensure all documentation is accurately filed and accessible for team members. Coordinate the submission, review, and approval of commissioning documents such as system completion reports, punch lists, and certification records. Provide administrative support to the commissioning team, including scheduling, tracking progress, and providing updates to stakeholders. Assist in the generation of daily/weekly progress reports, summarizing completions and commissioning activities. Assist in the tracking and closure of punch list items and non-conformances, ensuring that corrective actions are completed within project timelines. Maintain a comprehensive record of punch list items and monitor progress toward resolution. Ensure that all required commissioning data is captured and stored in accordance with project specifications and regulations. Experience, skills and qualifications: Previous experience with a CMS system is mandatory. Knowledge of commissioning procedures, punch list management, and documentation control.
