The Role We are seeking experienced Casual Retail Event Security Officers to join our team for a luxury retail event running across April and May in the Sydney CBD. This short-term opportunity offers the chance to work in a high-end environment, providing asset protection while engaging with the public. There is also an opportunity for suitable candidates to work within the CCTV Control Room, monitoring security footage and assisting with incident management. This role operates on a 4x4 rotating roster over Monday - Saturday , with shifts running from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM . About You To be successful in this role, you will need: Licenses & Certifications: Valid NSW Security Licence – 1A (or E for Control Room) Classification (Required) Experience in CCTV monitoring or control room operations (Required for CCTV role) Current First Aid & CPR certifications (Required) Certificate II in Security Operations (Preferred) Police Check (Required) Working with Children Check (Required) Skills & Attributes: Strong observational and situational awareness skills Excellent verbal and written communication Professional presentation and conduct Ability to work independently and within a team Prior experience in asset protection or retail security (highly regarded) Why Work for Us Competitive Pay & Financial Security: Fortnightly pay and additional benefits.
