We provide support for those that need it most through financial and material emergency relief and casework which helps them to find long-term solutions. Doorways BOH Administrators are key in the smooth running of our Doorways site. The role brings a variety of administration activities such as data entry, filing, preparing reports and recording of all emergency relief provision. This role is ideal for someone who loves order, systems and working in a computer-based environment as well as supporting a team to achieve great outcomes for the community. Key tasks and responsibilities Doorways Administrators use their attention to detail to ensure that all emergency relief items provided are recorded accurately and kept up to date. They show respect for all through their commitment to maintaining personal privacy and following correct procedure. Timely communication and completion of work is important in this role when assisting with ordering of material aid items and scheduling volunteer rosters. Volunteers in this role will understand what information the site coordinator needs for accountability of services and activities and prepare the reports to assist with this. Time required Minimum of 1 hour / week or as agreed with manager. Qualifications and skills Confidence in using a computer, Microsoft office and web based database software is required.
