We're seeking a Casual Administrative Business Support Officers – to join CFA Headquarters. In this role, you'll provide efficient and professional administrative support across teams, working within the Business Services team to assist the various portfolios within CFA Your support will help streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:• Provide professional reception services to internal and external customers, visitors and stakeholders• Deliver efficient administrative support and prioritise tasks effectively• Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders• Prepare documents, reports and correspondence as needed• Coordinate travel bookings.• Perform basic financial transactions on SAP, including purchase orders, invoicing processing, ensuring compliance with CFA standards • Support meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and follow-ups• Maintain records, ordering of stationary supplies and ad hoc tasks as required.
