Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse physical, social, and intellectual needs of students. Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student growth. Adhere to the assessment schedule and maintain records of student achievement. Apply strong pedagogical expertise to enhance subject matter learning and teaching Collaborate effectively and creatively within the school community. Set and achieve high standards for both personal and student learning outcomes. About You: To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment with the core purpose and values of St Pauls Catholic College, along with: Qualifications and ability to teach TAS in a secondary school in accordance with NESA requirements. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach Industrial Technology – stage 5 and 6. Strong communication and organisational skills, ensuring reporting deadlines are met. A passion for motivating students and fostering a lifelong love of learning. Skill in creating effective assessment techniques and differentiating learning activities. To be eligible for this role, you must have: Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance. Eligibility to teach according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). Relevant tertiary qualification (new grads encouraged to apply).
