We are seeking a passionate and innovative Administration Assistant (Music) to support our busy team. This role will see you working alongside our current dedicated Administration Assistant (Music) in a job-share opportunity. Lead by the Head of Arts, this role will see you providing administrative support to all areas of Music, including; Administrative support for the College’s Instrumental Programs Processing of application forms Creating students lists and timetables for Music Tutors Maintenance of relevant information to parents Co-ordinate the instrumental hiring system Liaising with music suppliers and repairers Assisting with the development and maintenance of the Music Library Assisting with the organisation of special events, productions and performances Assisting with the organisation of Music camps, including booking of transport, creation of attendance lists and fee collection. Acting as a first point of contract for parent and public enquires in relation to Music Other administrative duties as required. This is a permanent, part-time (0.6 FTE) role, working Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and commencing as soon as possible. The successful applications will: Previous demonstrated experience in an administrative role. Advanced level IT skills Knowledge of musical instruments and terminology would be highly regarded although his not essential. Hold a current Working with Children Check card.
