Our Opportunity PROK is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Specialist to be part of our Sales Team. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Execution : Accurately interpret customer orders, ensuring that the correct conveyor components are selected and processed for dispatch as well as responding to customer enquiries regarding conveyor components, providing technical information, and guiding them through the selection process. Communication : Be the first point of contact being the main customer call support and provide direction to respective teams, as well as liaising with inventory controllers to ensure appropriate stock levels and stocked items. Reporting : Be responsible for accurate data management of job registers, Document management and periodic and monthly invoicing activities Coordination : Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Collaboration : Support PROK’s customers with their strong understanding of our conveyor components and their applications. Staying ahead : Escalate critical orders/enquiries to the Manufacturing and Sales teams and keep customer informed of progress. About You You will be a: Skilled Professional : With 2 years’ experience as a part interpreter, internal sales or similar and experience in a customer-facing position with the ability to work with clients to find relevant information and execute the appropriate solutions. Technical expert : Computer literacy skills, ideally with experience using SAP, PRONTO, and various MS Suite products. Strategic Thinker: You can solve complex problems and manage resources effectively. Strong Communicator : With great interpersonal skills, an energetic persona, and conflict management skills.
