The day-to-day of your role Working closely with both strategy and sales teams, you will be the driving force behind business administration, meetings, and coordinating sales & marketing materials. You will also have ample opportunities to expand your knowledge of the commercial property industry by working with our VIC and QLD teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating marketing campaigns and liaising with external creative agencies Managing and compiling reports associated with our division Supporting the Transactions & Advisory team with business administration Managing multiple calendars and coordinating meetings A bit about you We are looking for someone passionate about property, who takes pride in their work and loves a team environment—where if one person wins, everyone wins. Integrity, discretion with confidential information, professionalism when dealing with senior professionals, and a good sense of humor are essential for this role. The more technical requirements include: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with CRMs Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 2 years of experience in a similar role supporting a sales team (property experience is beneficial but not essential) Why Join Us?
