Our client is seeking a Business Support Administrator to provide administrative and reception support. On offer is: Permanent Toowoomba Based Role Join a Passionate and Supportive Team Culture that Offers Rewarding Experiences Competitive Salary including NFP Salary Packaging Entitlements About the role: As a Business Support Administrator, you will perform a wide variety of administrative functions that contribute to the best possible experience for families receiving clinical services and to ensure their experience is seamless. This includes maintaining office efficiency, managing appointment schedules and client billing. Your responsibilities will also include: Providing administrative and support services across the organisation, including appointment scheduling, invoicing, data entry and filing; Maintaining accurate, up-to-date databases and registers; Be the “voice” and “face” of the business by providing professional and friendly reception services; Assisting with NDIS-related tasks, including handling new enrolments and reviewing expiring client service agreements; and Working closely with the wider Business Support team providing support to the other centres and to improve internal processes and ensure service efficiency. About you: To be successful in the role, you will have proven experience in administration, particularly in the health, disability or not-for-profit sectors. NDIS experience is highly desirable. Beyond your administrative experience, you will also possess: Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and work remotely and independently; Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Genie software is preferred, but not essential; Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to details; and A willingness to learn, to take ownership of work, a high level of initiative, integrity and confidentiality and possession of a professional and respectful work ethic. Mandatory requirements of this role include: Eligibility to clear probity checks including disability worker screening and working with children check (Blue Card / Yellow Card).
