About the role selectability is seeking an experienced administration officer to be part of our Governance and Assurance team. As an administration officer, you will assist to provide high quality service to our Team. As our administration officer you will be required to complete a broad range of administrative duties. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: administrative and project management support to the General Manager of Governance and Assurance monitoring the life cycle of controlled documents, including administration of the central register of policies and procedures maintaining the currency of corporate registers assisting staff with accessing policy and procedure related resources assisting with general administrative duties About you To be considered for this rewarding role you will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction and work as part of a team. To be successful you must: excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff exceptional time management skills and attention to detail ability to multitask, work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment and take instruction and most importantly a positive attitude You will also need: certificate III in Business or Administration (highly desirable) demonstrated experience in an administrative role experience in policy and procedure development, review and monitoring (highly desirable) demonstrated computer skills using the Microsoft office suite a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' About the offer The administration officer for governance and assurance is a permanent part-time or fulltime opportunity based in Townsville.
