Position overview: Approx. 15-20 hours per week (flexible working hours) Flexible hours: Around 3-4 hours per day (with some fluctuations) Location: Ideally based in the Gold Coast area, with future office plans near Broadbeach Permanent part-time 6 months training Salary: $80k annually pro-rata depending on experience Hybrid working arrangement: Start with in-office onboarding at Seventeen Mile Rocks, then work from home daily with occasional visits to the Gold Coast office Key Responsibilities: Handle personal bills, travel arrangements, and data entry on Xero for invoicing across various clients and entities Serve as a backup for payroll; assist with fortnightly pay runs for a team of 10 employees Support across 6 different companies, managing various administrative duties Use Monday.com to manage tasks (training available) Provide basic PA duties and handle insurance tasks as needed Ideal Candidate: Previous experience with Xero and payroll processes Comfortable working with Monday.com and other software (training will be provided) Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems quickly Mums returning to work or accounting students seeking part-time employment are encouraged to apply A self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and take ownership of tasks Looking for long-term employment and growth within the company Position Details: Paid car parking available on-site Fully equipped office with a coffee machine, kitchen, and proximity to a shopping centre If you're someone who thrives in a flexible, dynamic environment and is looking for a rewarding part-time role with long-term potential, we'd love to hear from you
