This role involves a mix of guest relations, administrative tasks, and coordination with internal and external teams. Salary: $60,000 super Industry: Hospitality & Customer Service Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities: Bookings & Admin: Handle guest bookings, from inquiry to departure, ensuring smooth operations and full occupancy. Guest Support: Provide excellent face-to-face customer service, addressing guest concerns, maintenance issues, and special requests. Coordination: Manage key handovers, fire inspections, and guest needs at different locations (Newcastle Beach, Bellevue Street). Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and emails (15% of the role), maintaining clear, professional communication. Collaboration: Work with cleaning supervisors and external agents to maintain high apartment standards and coordinate necessary inspections. Key Traits & Skills: Attitude & Initiative: Open to candidates with or without experience, as long as they are proactive, flexible, and have a strong customer service mindset. Problem-Solving: Handle challenges directly and seek solutions on the spot. Reliability & Flexibility: Adapt to varying shifts and be dependable across locations and tasks. Customer Focused: Always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Hours & Shifts: Flexible hours, starting between 9am and 3pm - 9am being early shift and latest start will be 3-7 for example - flexibility to WFH but this will be guest capacity dependent but definitely flexibility. Rotating schedule with morning/evening shifts and some weekends required. Fortnightly rotating roster, adaptable as needed.
