This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, and handle financial tasks in a medical practice. The role involves overseeing reception, ensuring high-quality service, and managing staff and systems. Experience with Genie Software and financial management is essential. Role Responsibilities: Lead & Manage: Full responsibility for day-to-day operations, overseeing an experienced admin team (3 people). Reception Duties: Manage reception when needed, especially on busy days or to back-fill Financial Management: payments, reconciling, and banking. Practice Management: Roster management, Medicare billing, referrals, marketing oversight. Team Leadership: Ensure all procedures are followed (manuals in place), troubleshoot as necessary, and be a strong leader for the team. Allied Health & IT: Oversee allied health services, including insulin pump installations, and manage the relationship with the outsourced 24/7 IT company. Emergency Staff Coverage: Handle staffing gaps with temp support if necessary. Ideal Candidate: Previous practice management experience in a medical or specialist practice . Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in Genie Software . Solid background in financial management , including Medicare billing , and bank reconciliation . Excellent communication skills and customer service -the ability to lead a team and ensure high standards of service. Police Check required. Work Environment: Supportive and professional atmosphere.
