Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts and financial aspects across multiple fitout projects. Assist with procurement, cost forecasting, and contract negotiations. Prepare and review tenders, progress claims, and contract variations. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor budgets, timelines, and project documentation to maintain compliance. Support Project Managers with reporting and risk management strategies. What You’ll Need: Experience in fitout or refurbishment projects valued at $50M. Strong understanding of contract management and financial controls. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Economics, or a related field. Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
