Some duties include: Coordinate with councils to address issues and to obtain necessary permits for town planning and building. Organise and document client meetings, ensuring accurate records of discussions and decisions. Ensure completion and proper administration of contracts, specifications, and colour selections within specified timelines. Follow up on any required construction documentation before contract signing Follow up and finalise all provisional sums and cost variations with clients, maintaining clear communication throughout. Manage all communication with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships. The Builder Well structured, busy and with a flat management structure, this established brand within the medium-density townhouse building space can draw on the experience of two 'in-house' development businesses in addition to well-established relationships with local developers, backed with local and international investment. Delivering hundreds of new double and triple story townhouse builds on an annual basis, they have a long secure pipeline of work and looking to bolster their Contract Administration function. Since establishing the business over a decade ago, they have grown conservatively, yet profitably, to high standards and with a focus on profitability over turnover. Are you suitable?
