Key Responsibilities: Oversee contracts and commercial operations across multiple large-scale projects. Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, variations, and progress claims. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, budgets, and industry regulations. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to drive successful outcomes. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers. Prepare and review tender documentation, risk management plans, and reports. What You’ll Bring: 5 years’ experience in contract administration within commercial or high-end residential construction. Strong understanding of procurement, financial reporting, and risk management. Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet strict project deadlines. Excellent negotiation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in contract management software and reporting tools. Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights.
