Hours : 7:30 - 4PM Duties will include: All things front of house - Incoming calls and taking messages, updating contact details, and managing all correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.) Calendar management Ensure the office space is clean and tidy Greet all clients and customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner Ordering stock General administration To be successful… To thrive in this role, you will be: A customer service superstar with a warm and professional approach Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease Min 1-2 years experience in a similar role A problem-solver who takes initiative and works well under pressure.
