Key Responsibilities Manage contract administration for luxury residential projects. Oversee procurement, progress claims, and contract variations. Ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and timelines. Work closely with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate documentation and financial records. Provide support to the construction team and assist with reporting. What You’ll Need Experience in contract administration within residential construction. Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and cost control. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights.
