The Role As a Junior System Administrator , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the organisation's Windows 10 SOE environment. You'll be responsible for the planning, installation, administration, and troubleshooting of IT systems while providing high-quality support via the IT Helpdesk. Your expertise in SCCM imaging, application deployment, and problem-solving will be essential in ensuring a seamless technology experience for staff and students. Key responsibilities include: Managing the Windows 10 SOE environment and SCCM imaging. Developing, deploying, and troubleshooting applications. Providing IT Helpdesk support to teaching and administrative staff. Managing network printers and classroom technology needs. Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and connectivity issues. About You You thrive in a dynamic setting where problem-solving and technical expertise are key, and you have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to effectively communicate with staff, students, and external professionals. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team ensures efficient and effective IT support. You’re eager to learn new technologies and continuously improve processes. Skills & Experience Essential Regularly attend a church fellowship and be a practicing Christian. IT degree with a focus on desktop support and Windows 10. Experience with Microsoft SCCM for imaging and application deployment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. IT Helpdesk proficiency, including incident and service management. High-level organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to new and changing environments. Desirable: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Experience with Active Directory and networking systems. Knowledge of VMware ESX.
