About the role The ICT Administration Officer will support the ICT team by handling administrative tasks, managing staff inquiries, liaising with the IT Managed Service Provider, and assisting with asset management, including procurement, disposal, and license renewals. They will also assist with monthly reporting and user onboarding/offboarding Skills & experience Essential 2 years of experience in an administrative role Attention to detail Strong computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Office and Windows 11 Experience in asset and inventory management National Police Check Desirable Experience working with Indigenous people Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Similar Microsoft Certification or Training Current C Class Driver’s License Duties & responsibilities Maintain IT asset records and inventory, including tagging. Track and renew ICT subscriptions, licenses, and warranties. Monitor stock levels of ICT equipment. Assist with user onboarding/offboarding through ICT systems. Provide monthly reports on service delivery and asset management. Create and update user guides and technical documentation. Help with workstation setup and cable management. Collaborate with the IT Managed Service Provider to address IT issues, escalate tickets, and ensure remote access. Assist in managing building security systems (swipe card access, cameras). Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a cooperative manner. Ensure systems are used in line with operational and compliance requirements. Maintain high safety standards and adhere to WH&S policies and procedures. Report accidents/incidents to Management and remove hazards from work areas. Rectify hazards and report to Management promptly.
