What you will be doing… Building rapport with Centre Managers and tenants is an integral part of this role along with reception and administration support. Working hours are 8:30am- 5:30pm This diverse role includes tasks such as: All things front of house - Incoming calls and taking messages, updating contact details, and managing all correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.) Showcasing your strong communication skills over the phone Warmly greet all clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner Managing and ordering office and kitchen supplies Assisting contractors with safety inductions and enquiries Booking and setting up boardrooms, arranging catering Social calendar Think staff birthdays, Christmas, and assisting with company corporate events Office archiving and general filing Financial administration What’s in it for you… With a diverse range of responsibilities, you will gain great exposure and be supported through-out Located on the southside with free onsite parking Known for their great culture, there are avenues for growth and career opportunities, what more could you want?
