Our client, a leader in the insurance space is seeking to fill a team administrator position. Your role will involve processing of New Business applications and other ad hoc admin duties. Key Responsibilities: Administering New Business applications during the proposal/underwriting stage for Direct Products. Coordinating with Underwriters and Direct Sales agents. Addressing internal and customer queries in writing and via phone. Ensuring compliance with service standards and quality objectives. Liaising with external parties, including medical professionals and internal departments, for additional information. Key Requirements: Relevant administration experience within Insurance. A natural customer focused mind-set. Strong prioritisation and organisational skills. The ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships. Excellent attention to detail and communications skills. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and desire to succeed.
