As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of administrative functions, with a focus in managing accounts receivable and payable as well as general bookkeeping. Key Responsibilities: Handle general office administration, including document management and email correspondence Genral bookkeeping, as well as managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments Assist with payroll processing and maintaining financial records Resolve supplier and customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments Organise office supplies, schedule meetings, and manage appointments Provide administrative support for management, including data entry and report preparation Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role with exposure to accounts receivable and payable or General Bookkeeping. Strong knowledge of financial processes and office administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., Xero) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team environment Why This Role?
