Join a High-Performing Team of Security Officers at MSS Security Competitive Pay: $28.02 per hour Superannuation Shift Allowances (where applicable) Work with an Industry Leader and Employer of Choice About the Role: We are looking for casual security officers in the Geelong area to join our team at a fast-paced, high-volume client site. You will play a key role in managing security operations, asset protection, and emergency response while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide a visible security presence, staying alert and focused Offer exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders Manage emergency situations and escalate as necessary Monitor CCTV systems and radio communications Conduct access control and enforce site rules and regulations Perform foot and vehicle patrols to ensure safety and security Complete incident reports and record occurrences as required What We’re Looking For: Full Australian Working Rights Valid Victorian Security License with a Control Room Endorsement – Preferred Proven experience in security roles, especially in high-surveillance environments (industrial security experience is highly regarded) Availability to work on a rotating 7-day roster Full Victorian Drivers License First Aid and CPR Certification Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to undergo shadow shift onsite prior to appointment How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
