Working to provide the best customer experience and service through our omni-channel contact centre You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all inbound calls, and emails, processing returns, exchanges, and general enquiries. As part of our continued customer service excellence, you will aim to exceed customer expectations and be proactive in following up on online customer queries, while adhering to best practices in all customer interactions. PLEASE NOTE: This role requires flexible hours Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required.
