We’re growing rapidly and are looking for A-Players to join our winning team About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join us as a Production Administrator at Moddex in Rowville, VIC. In this fast-paced role, you’ll support production operations by preparing jobs, managing data, and ensuring processes run smoothly. Working Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, and Friday, 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM , you’ll assist the Area Production Manager with job preparation, process improvements, and key administrative tasks to keep the workplace organized and efficient. Your days will be busy and varied, and will include: Preparing jobs for the factory floor, including printing job sheets and drawings Managing large volumes of data for importing and record-keeping with accuracy Supporting job dispatching, including processing through the ERP system and notifying customers Providing general support to warehouse operations as needed Ordering and managing office supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained Overseeing office standards and maintenance services to keep the workspace organized Assisting with ad hoc tasks and other duties as requested by management.
