More About the Role: As a Recruitment Administrator at Busways, you will be an integral part of our recruitment team, handling key administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding new employees. By managing essential processes and data, you will help streamline operations, allowing the recruitment team to focus on engaging with candidates and driving faster turnaround times. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare all employment contracts for various workstreams. Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new team members. Establish and maintain accurate and compliant employee records in our HCM system Manage staff-level reporting data entry and communicate vacancies through dedicated tracking sheets. Support and liaise with other internal departments on behalf of the HR team such as Finance, Service Delivery and more. Complete recruitment reporting and data analysis in line with operational requirements. Assume sole responsibility for overseeing the department shared mailbox, ensuring emails and communications are promptly allocated to team members for action, while enforcing KPIs to maintain optimal turnaround times. What We’re Looking for in the Successful Candidate: Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
