As an Administrative Coordinator, you will: Act as a coach and work with team members to facilitate growth and development by giving balanced, constructive feedback considering individual capability and team performance Coordinate activities associated with faculty requirements and developed plans and timelines to achieve deliverables Identify, lead and actively promote change within your own area of responsibility and understand and communicate the reasons for the change Coordination of Faculty Executive agendas, schedule of business, planning days and events Ensure the dissemination of the faculty communication framework including newsletters, share points, hubs and town halls Communicate with confidence using examples and the most appropriate influencing technique for a given situation to increase understanding and support Seek feedback from stakeholders regarding their satisfaction and perspective with products or services received, respond to feedback with openness and transparency and seek to identify ways to better service them To be successful, you’ll have: Qualifications and experience A relevant degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and/or experience.
