Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking Customer Service Administrator to join our rewarding sales team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales processes and providing exceptional support to our sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales support. ClaimsCo is also in the process of launching new brands where this role will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company's future which will impact thousands of customers across Australia. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the in-house and field sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging potential travel arrangements Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate person Call customers to confirm bookings, weather cancellations and rescheduled bookings Manage referral payments to clients Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information Monitor and allocate CRM activities throughout the day To be successful you will need to offer: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge in using CRM software for example Pipedrive Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. The customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
