Our new centre is licensed for up to 64 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. About The Role We are looking for a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. We are looking for a professional with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and other educators. You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged Your main responsibilities will be to: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues. Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team. Maintain effective communication with parents/carers. Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
