About the role In this role, you'll manage online sales channels like WooCommerce, Shopify, eBay, TikTok, and social media platforms. You'll handle customer inquiries, restock and catalogue products, and generate leads through campaigns and social media. You will convert leads into sales, track performance metrics, assist with invoicing and dispatch, and create marketing content. Additionally, you'll maintain CRM systems and ensure customer data is up to date. Requirements Previous experience using online sales platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, and eBay is highly preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers both in writing and verbally. Digital literacy and experience with CRM systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks, with excellent attention to detail. Experience in inventory management, purchasing, and cataloguing is a plus. Interest in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
