Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Supervise the entire lifecycle of contracts, encompassing drafting, reviewing, amending, and maintaining records. Compliance Assurance: Certify that all contractual stipulations align with corporate guidelines and satisfy legal benchmarks. Collaboration: Engage closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts. Performance Monitoring: Vigilantly oversee the fulfillment of contractual obligations and promptly resolve arising concerns. Advisory Support: Provide expert advice to assist the team in navigating the complexities of contractual agreements. Database Maintenance: Ensure the contract database remains current, verifying the precision and accessibility of all entries.
