Administration Assistant — Peats Ridge, Gosford Area

The Administration Assistant supports our corporate function and has wide and varied responsibilities in general and financial administration. Please note that this opportunity is a 12-month maximum term contract. Responsibilities General admin support to the corporate function Managing incoming calls and emails from the public Financial administration including coding and raising of purchase orders Document management Assisting in organising board meetings, executive meetings, corporate events, travel booking, and calendar management. About you Excellent customer service skills Ability to keep a high level of confidentiality and work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including board members and directors Strong written and verbal communication ability Can do attitude with keenness to learn and develop new skills Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively .
