Work closely in a supportive team environment with Educators, Educational Leaders & Service Manager. The role you’ll play Work closely with our educators and develop programs tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. Deep dive into projects to scaffold children’s learning Contribute, research & have direct input into a services Quality Improvement Plan Be proactive in ensuring currency in best early childhood practice. Using storytelling, drama, music and discussion to develop language and vocabulary. Ensure compliance as a mandated reporter in accordance with the services Child Protection policy and procedures. Identifying and responding to children at risk Assess, provide feedback & report on children’s learning Promote positive, comforting, and nurturing relationships with children.
