About the role Are you a detail-oriented individual with a proactive mindset? selectability is currently seeking a highly motivated administration officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our program leads and contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing support of our block funded programs. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: execute high-level document formatting and review processes conduct thorough proofreading of documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability for end users prepare and modify a variety of documents, including correspondence, reports, draft memos and emails perform data entry, document collation, and comprehensive document management tasks assist in the management of reporting expectations and relationships with a positive and proactive approach, while remaining responsive to the needs of selectability provide general administrative and clerical support If you are passionate about administrative excellence and looking to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you About you To be considered for this rewarding role you will have: excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills highly developed analytical, problem solving, and numerical skills including the ability to compile, analyse data and prepare reports a demonstrated high level of attention to detail with a consistent approach a demonstrated ability to prioritise conflicting priorities as required ability to work under minimal supervision with the capacity to exercise initiative in the application of work processes and procedures and establish objectives and outcomes a proven ability to think critically and approach challenges with innovation Role Requirements demonstrated experience in an administrative role demonstrated computer skills using various databases (highly desirable) a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain prior to commencing) a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement) a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers’ licence NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement) About the offer This position provides an opportunity for permanent part-time or full-time employment and is based in Townsville.
