About the Role: We are looking for a professional Concierge to work 7:30 am - 3:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday , providing a warm and welcoming presence at our dealership. In this role, you'll ensure all visitors receive a prompt, courteous, and exceptional experience, upholding the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Melbourne brand. The Concierge will guide clients to the relevant departments, enhance customer interactions, and support the Sales and Service teams in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting all dealership visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Directing guests to the correct department to ensure a seamless experience. Building rapport with clients and assisting with queries to support overall customer satisfaction. Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) functions, including Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) tracking, CSI survey review and allocation, responding to Google reviews, and fostering positive online engagement to enhance customer experience and brand reputation Providing exceptional service to our Boutique clientele, ensuring they experience the luxury associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand. Performing general administrative tasks to support the dealership’s daily operations. About You: The ideal candidate will be well-presented, professional, and highly customer-focused, with excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple demands from both internal and external customers are essential.
