The Opportunity HeliMods are seeking a HR Administrator to join our growing team The HR Administrator plays an important role in supporting the enterprise by performing a variety of enabling HR functions. This position involves maintaining employee records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records, onboarding guides and training materials), and updating internal systems and databases. The HR Administrator will also assist in the recruitment process, assist in internal projects and initiatives, and maintain compliance with labor regulations. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient function of the HR capability and supporting the overall employee experience. Duties Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and hiring leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Prepare onboarding materials and assist in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Facilitate offboarding processes. Assist in the preparation and updating of HR documents, such as employment contracts, variations and policies. Assist team leads in ongoing retention initiatives. Maintain compliance including with labor laws and regulations and assist in audits and reporting. Support the payroll process by providing timely, accurate and relevant employee information and documentation. Refer employee queries to appropriate person(s) or teams. Support various enterprise capability projects and initiatives. Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records (including external training). Support with ad-hoc administration activities. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Proven experience in HR and/or office administration. Related qualification highly regarded. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of attention to detail and commitment to the accuracy and integrity of data. High level confidentiality, integrity and professionalism. Familiarity with Australian employment legislation.
