Description About the position This key Administration Coordinator role supports our Toowoomba School Principal and coordinates the broader administration functions, including the delivery of shared services components within the Toowoomba school structure. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your extensive administration experience and commitment to continuous improvement as we continue to evolve and elevate to meet the needs of our young people and industry partners. Responsibilities include: Coordinating the broader administration functions of the school including the delivery of Central Service components Event coordination for campus meetings and other related activities Facilitating school compliance activities Maintaining the campus calendar, overseeing and managing campus travel and bookings, and maintaining the assets registrar Maintaining records and information Overseeing school administration workflows Values and Benefits Our values play a critical role in cultivating culture.
