Position Details: The Delivery Services Warehouse Supervisor oversees and directs stock handling activities within the Delivery Services team, ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment while adhering to safety protocols to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties: Direct and monitor the daily activities of the Delivery Services Team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Receive and allocate incoming furniture into the Distribution Centre while maintaining accurate records. Liaise effectively with BFX staff, customers, Sales & Product Consultants (S&PC), suppliers, and transport providers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly. Oversee general warehouse operations, including stock organisation, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols. Perform additional tasks or roles as requested by the Manager to support business needs and achieve operational goals. What do you need? Hands-on experience in managing inventory, receiving, and allocating goods in a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience supervising or leading a team (preferred). Experience in liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve service-related issues. Familiarity with inventory management systems, distribution software, or warehouse management tools is advantageous. Experience prioritising and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines. Good level of computer skills including Microsoft Suite, Product Scanner and EXO (preferred) Valid Forklift ticket Physically fit, willing, and able to lift.
