About the role The Property Administrator will provide essential administrative support across Strategy & Operations, Asset Management, and Asset Services. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate property services, and ensure compliance with UPA’s policies and timelines, contributing to the delivery of safe, well-maintained, and welcoming spaces. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with minimum three days in the office (flexible hours between 7 AM – 7 PM) and two days working from home. Key responsibilities Provide administrative support for property strategy management, business operations, asset management, and asset services. Oversee day-to-day activities related to property maintenance, lease administration, and compliance with property regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and cost control processes. Assist the Director of Property with special projects focused on strategy development and property opportunities. Support the Asset Operations Manager in the coordination and implementation of property-related services. Foster positive relationships with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Contribute to ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant, and functional. About you Qualifications in Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. 3 years’ experience in property management, real estate, facilities management, or administrative roles. Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Asset Future, SPM Assets, Planon, Pinnacle) is desriable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint). Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment with diverse stakeholders. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in aged care, retirement living, healthcare, or similar sectors (e.g., residential, hospitality, or community infrastructure) is desirable. Change management experience within complex operational environments.
