About The Opportunity Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Metronet Team. Processing invoices from vendors and preparing quotations. Contract and Jobs Management, general filing and preparation of contract documentation. Administrative and Clerical Support. Reporting and Communication, including internal reporting and preparing monthly client reports. Undertake month end financial requirements in line with PFM requirement Assist with the Operations and Facilities Manager with contract administrative requirements and data analysis. About You To thrive in this role, ideally you will have previous experience within an administration role, a ‘can-do’ attitude, knack for people engagement and a drive for ‘top-notch’ service delivery. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following: Have work experience in a similar role, with exposure to a fast pace client facing role. Intermediate - Microsoft Office skills Experience with Maximo or other maintenance management systems is preferred.
