This role is ideal for a self-motivated and organised person who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects and is looking to take the next step in their career. About the Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising workers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with the company’s high standards and safety systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and support both direct and hired labour teams on-site Undertake general labouring duties aligned with training and certification Assist with project emergency response as a first aider Maintain site amenities, fencing, and surrounding roadways Oversee traffic management systems, ensuring compliance with plans Manage waste bin changeovers and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe site Organise and oversee site deliveries, ensuring materials are stored correctly Conduct site inductions and ensure compliance with safety Identify and report any safety hazards, policy breaches, or site issues What We’re Looking For: Relevant trade qualification ideally carpentry White Card Driver’s Licence First Aid, CPR & Basic Emergency Life Support Fire Extinguisher Training Safe Precast & Tilt-Up Work Awareness Elevated Work Platform Telehandler Licence Basic Worksite Traffic Management Health & Safety Representative Training Negotiation skills Experience: Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company with a solid pipeline of Diverse and exciting projects across multiple industries.
