Assistant Project Manager/ Retail and Fit-out projects Are you passionate about the retail property sector? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We partner with some of Australia’s premier retail shopping centre owners to deliver exceptional tenancy delivery services. Our expertise lies in creating seamless retail experiences, ensuring that our clients maintain their competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful coordination and delivery of retail tenancy projects within large-scale shopping centres. You will act as the key interface between tenants, landlords, consultants, and contractors to achieve on-time and high-quality outcomes. Coordinate the end-to-end tenancy delivery process, from lease execution to handover and store opening. Liaise with tenants to ensure adherence to design guidelines and project timelines. Collaborate with Client and external stakeholders, including landlords, contractors, and design consultants, to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum. Oversee the fit-out process, ensuring compliance with building standards, approvals, and safety requirements. Provide regular reporting on project milestones, risks, and progress to senior management and clients. Foster strong relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure alignment of goals and expectations. To excel in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in tenancy delivery, project coordination, construction services or a similar role ideally with exposure to fit-out or retail projects. Exposure to tenancy design, construction, and fit-out processes. Confident stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to juggle competing priorities. Knowledge of retail leasing processes and legal compliance (highly regarded).
