Permanent Full-Time | 6 month fixed term $73,000 Super Salary package Melba Support Services is seeking a dedicated Quality Administrator to join our Quality Governance team. In this pivotal role, you'll support the ongoing maintenance and compliance of Melba’s Quality System, ensuring we meet the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework and Victorian legislative requirements. What You'll Do Quality System Support : Maintain and update Melba's Quality System, including policies, procedures, forms, and registers. Ensure documents are reviewed and updated in a timely manner to meet compliance standards. Support staff with the access and use of the Melba Operating System. Assist in the development and distribution of quality practices and procedures across Melba. Audits & Compliance : Assist with internal audits, ensuring SCIFs are received, recorded, and filed as part of continuous improvement. Monitor operational practices and track compliance with internal policies and external legislative requirements. Support the maintenance of data systems to track compliance related to audits, incident reports, and more. General Administration : Assist with the development of compliance data systems and maintain accurate records. Provide IT support to the Quality and Compliance team as needed. Contribute to a positive workplace culture, ensuring a commitment to human rights, safety, and service excellence. About You Experience : Previous experience in quality management, administration, or compliance. Understanding of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework and Human Services Standards (State and National). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools. Strong attention to detail and an understanding of compliance requirements. Requirements : A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don’t already have them). Why Join Melba?
