About the Role As a Warehouse & Field Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Purchasing Manager and General Manager with warehouse operations and inventory management. You will also assist the Customer Service Manager with front desk sales and customer interactions. Your day will involve: Receiving, checking, and storing stock Picking and packing customer orders Assisting with deliveries and site visits General warehouse maintenance and cleaning Handling front desk customer enquiries and processing orders Ensuring WHS policies and procedures are followed at all times Key Responsibilities Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving stock, order dispatch, and deliveries Perform manual handling tasks, lifting up to 25kg Provide front desk customer service, including counter sales and phone enquiries Maintain warehouse tidiness and ensure routine equipment maintenance Occasionally attend off-site locations for deliveries and service tasks About You To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or trade-related environment A current forklift licence A valid driver’s licence Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures The ability to perform manual handling tasks safely A proactive and adaptable approach to work Benefits Variety in your day – warehouse, customer service & field work Supportive team – work alongside experienced professionals Opportunities for growth – training provided in warehouse & logistics operations If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you
